Lisa Michael is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Lisa Michael & Associates. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and has spent over two decades practicing law throughout the New York State court system, including courts in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island. She attended New York Law School, where she was the President of the Domestic Violence Association.

During her earlier career, she interned at the Richmond County District Attorney’s office where she co-authored several appellate briefs and worked directly with Deputy Chief of Sex Crimes Special Victims Bureau. Lisa Michael was admitted to the New York and the New Jersey Bar in 2004.

Since her admission to the Bar, Lisa Michael has devoted herself to representing her clients and their families to recover verdicts and claims involving serious injuries. Her practice areas include automobile accidents, construction site accidents, premises liability, dram-shop, product liability, discrimination, and medical malpractice.

Her zealous advocacy has helped families to recover substantial settlements for the injuries they suffered due to the negligence of someone else. She has handled cases involving serious fatalities and her verdicts and settlements have been published in various legal publications, including Verdict Search, Jury Verdict, and Review Analysis.

Lisa Michael is a member of several Bar associations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association and is involved in events directed at promoting, protecting and furthering the rights of women. Lisa Michael is married to Joseph Andreula, CEO of a fitness franchise and is a proud mother of two beautiful girls. She is also fluid in Hebrew.
